In order to provide clients with ongoing peace of mind, CAS offer an extensive range of support options. CAS support contracts, available for both CAS developed and 3rd party developed systems, provide expert technical support to clients who benefit from assured access to the skills and resources needed.
As well as supporting software products, CAS support hardware systems, networking and the whole IT infrastructure. In this way, CAS can provide full IT support (hardware equipment and software applications) for organisations who have no IT department to manage their IT installation. This allows CAS to effectively provide facilities management for its customers.
